If you click “Call” or “Schedule Now” on any quote, you explicitly authorize us to share your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and service request details with the referencing provider.
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and preventing unauthorized use. Misuse or fraudulent behavior may lead to immediate termination and legal action.

All intellectual property rights in the Service remain with Protect Connect or its licensors. Your use is limited to what is allowed under this agreement.
We and our affiliates are liable only for direct damages up to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and defend Protect Connect and affiliates from any third-party demands, losses, damages, liabilities and costs arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in federal or state courts in Multnomah, Oregon.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post revisions and update the “Effective Date.” Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
